About The Course
Blacklick Woods Golf Course features one of the most comprehensive public golf facilities in the region. The Championship Course, designed by Jack Kidwell, received a CBUS Top Pick from theColumbus Dispatch for Public Golf Courses in 2016, 2017, and 2018. The golf course offers a traditional layout with tree-lined fairways and consistent, quality putting surfaces. The Learning Course is a perfect place for beginners, families, and anyone wanting to improve their iron play. It offers 4 sets of tees and consists of two par 4’s and seven par 3’s. Our facility also includes a state-of-the-art practice area to improve your game. We have a full-service drivingrange, a 30,000 square foot practice green with three bunkers, and a 3-hole practice course.
Certified Audubon Sanctuary
Forty acres of the course’s 235 acres are natural area—a place where birds and birdies peacefully coexist. Audubon International has certified the golf courses as a Cooperative Sanctuary for their comprehensive environmental management and protection of wildlife habitats. Metro Parks has developed the courses with a long-range vision of protection and enhancement of the natural environment
